The system in the form of a small box can be built in the blind-stick. There are different features there – for instance pressing one of the six small buttons you can get information if escalators in underground are working. The other one can switches on the loud speakers announcing number of bus or tram, direction of the line, final destination, etc. There is even a built-in transmitter, which informs engine driver of the underground, that there is a blind waiting in the station, i.e. he shall open all the doors of the train.

The unique system is working in the public transport of Prague and other eleven cities of the Czech Republic, and is going to be implemented in other cities of the country.

The blind assistant box costs ca 100 Euro (one hundred!!) and can be delivered to any organisation/ anybody in the Europe.
